Twins?!

So we have two little guys in the middle of our growing family that get mistaken for twins all the time. Personally I don't see it! We have the 5 year old that is a tad small for his age,and the 3 year old is a little bigger for his age. They fight all the time, but then they play together better than any one else! What is really funny about this is the 5 year old is closer in age to our 6 year old and he is closer in size to his younger brother. People always stop and ask us, every where we go, if they are twins. I just hope the younger one doesn't bypass the older in size some day!

Here they are looking so cute together, I do hope they are each others best friend some day!

And here they are searching for bugs! From the back I can hardly tell them apart!

Chicago!!

While we were so close to Illinois we decided to take a trip to the city of Chicago! It was a lot of fun and the boys were amazed the whole time. We took a train into the city and walked around to visit a few tourist attractions. It was a lot of fun, and we didn't lose anybody!
This tall statue looked like a building, but it was not! It was actually a fountain like structure that people in the city use to cool off. The fountain also had a t.v. like screen that showed various pictures.

We all walked to Navy Pier too! It was a little bit of a walk, but it was well worth the trip! We didn't take the kids on any of the rides, we just took in the sights and I took a few pictures!
Close to the pier is a light house! I really like light houses, they are kind of hidden treasures I think! It was a pretty light house that actually had two other smaller light houses close by!
All my boys waiting for the train to come to the station.
Here is the train we took to get back to Indy!

Lake Michigan II

As I was going through my pictures I came across some from our time at the Lake House and our time at lake Michigan. What a great summer we had together! As the weather is getting chilly, I know winter will creep in I will be missing the heat of summer. So a few pictures to remember the hot, summer months until they return!
The baby was so excited to crawl all over the beach.
The other boys occupied their time burying the oldest in the sand!
